The Tern
The Tern is our first collaboration with a freelance designer. Acclaimed knife designer Lucas Burnley (Bend, Oregon) dreamed up the Tern as a lightweight outdoorsman’s fixed blade. We believe his signature aesthetic and commitment to functionality are on full display in this new knife. This skeletonized fixed blade featuring CPM Magnacut steel is ultra-light and ideal for things like backpacking, fishing, hunting, and general edc use.
 
The Tern and all other Schwarz Knives are made in Idaho in our own shop.
 
Sheath Options
This knife comes standard with a Kydex sheath which features an Ulti-Clip Slim 2.2 - our go to for in-pocket carry. This is a fully reversible design for left or right handed use. The throat of the sheath is also specifically designed to be easy to sheath and unsheath from your pocket. The sheath also has universal hole spacing for Tek-Loks, belt clips, and many other attachments.
